Harassment
Behavior that is severe, pervasive, or persistent to a degree that a reasonable person similarly situated would be prevented from accessing an education opportunity of benefit. This behavior includes, but is not limited to verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, coercion, and/or acts that occur on social media.
Sexual Misconduct
Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome verbal, written, or physical conduct, or attempted conduct, of a sexual nature that is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that is unreasonably interferes with the student's educational experience or creates a hostile education environment.
Sexual Exploitation: Taking non-consensual or abusive sexual advantage of another for the benefit of oneself or a third party. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
a. Photography or video recording of another person in a sexual, intimate, or private act without that person's full knowledge and consent.
b. Purposeful distribution or dissemination of sexual or intimate images or recordings of another person without that person's full knowledge and consent.
c. Sexual voyeurism.
d. Inducing another to expose one's genitals or private areas.
e. Prostituting another student.
f. Engaging in sexual activity while knowingly infected with an STD.
Public Indecency: Engaging in private or sexual acts in a publicly viewable location, such that it is offensive to accepted standards of decency. Including, but not limited to, exposing one's genitals or private area(s), public urination, defecation, and/or public sex acts.
Nonconsensual Sexual Contact: Intentional sexual touching, however slight, and with any objects or part of one's body, of another's private areas without consent. Private area includes buttocks, breasts, mouth, genitals, groin area, or other bodily orifice.
