Professional Profile
Teresa joined the Department of Nursing in 2016 as an adjunct clinical instructor and became full time faculty in January of 2018. She received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Amarillo College in 1985, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas State University in 1989, a Master’s of Science in Nursing Education from South University in 2008, and a post master’s certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Bradley University in 2017.
Teaching and Related Service
Teresa has over 13 years of teaching experience in the nursing field. She currently teaches nursing courses for the Graduate Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Texas Nurses Association, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
