Texoma Promise
West Texas A&M University and Texoma Promise have partnered to bring support and scholarship – through the Buff Promise – to high school students in the North Texas school districts and Texoma community. Buff Promise is designed to reassure academically talented students from low- and middle-income families in Texas who may not feel that a university education is possible.
