  • Palo Duro Canyon State Park is the second largest canyon in the country lies in the heart of the Texas Panhandle. Explore the canyon by hiking, driving, mountain bike or even on horseback.   • Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum -  Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum is the largest Texas history museum in the state of Texas. Here  visitors can find art of Texas, New Mexico and Southwest Native American, exhibits in paleontology, geology, archeology, automobiles, and dinosours.
