Red River Promise
West Texas A&M University and Red River Promise have partnered to bring support and scholarship – through the Buff Promise – to high school students in Cooke County, Montague County, and the Graham school district. Buff Promise is designed to reassure academically talented students from low- and middle-income families in Texas who may not feel that a university education is possible.
