Our scope covers an extensive range of topics, such as the characteristics of rural environments, the dynamics between rural schools and their communities, the sociocultural, historical, and economic backdrop of rural education, the role of rural education in community development, aspects of learning and teaching, teacher education for both pre-service and in-service teachers, educational leadership, and educational policies, with an emphasis on higher education matters pertinent to rural contexts. Additionally, we invite book reviews.
