Dr. Kristin N. Brown
Dr. Kristin Brown currently serves the community of Lake Dallas ISD as Superintendent of Schools. Previous to becoming a superintendent, she served as an Assistant Superintendent for C&I, High School principal and Middle School principal. During her career, Dr. Brown has earned accolades for her leadership and abilities including, in 2022, being named as 1 of 24 “Superintendents to Watch” by National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA). Furthermore, her work in rural education was focused on creating college and career readiness programs, expanding technology access for rural students and building systems to promote success for special needs students in PK-12th grade. Dr. Brown earned her doctorate in educational leadership from Texas A & M University - Kingsville, master’s degree in educational leadership and undergraduate degree in Mathematics from University of Texas at Brownsville.
