The Graduate Suite is a state-of-the-art facility located in Geneva Schaeffer Education Building reserved for the WTAMU graduate enterprise.
The Graduate School and the Dean of Graduate School provides oversight for the Graduate Suite.
Please note: security cameras record activities in the Graduate Suite.
Hours of Operation
Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM except for University holidays or weather/emergency closures. Graduate students and faculty are encouraged to utilize the space in a come-and-go fashion during operating hours. The exception to this usage would be a prior reservation that reserves the space for a specifically designated graduate related purpose. Please check with the Graduate School to ensure the suite is available. Access any time after normal operating hours must be reserved.
To Reserve This Space
Renter hereby agrees to hold West Texas A&M University harmless and relieves and discharges WTAMU, its agents and employees, from any and all liability for loss, injury, or damages to any person or persons for personal injuries or death, or loss or damage to property sustained by reason of the occupancy and use of the facilities hereof. Renter agrees to pay for any and all damage to the facility, its property or equipment, by or through negligence and/or acts of the renter, its agents, employees or any person or person participating in or attending a meeting, performance, attraction or affair in conjunction with or during said use and occupancy.
