2.16 | Damage or Theft to Property

2.16.A | Damage: Behavior that damages, destroys, tampers with, vandalizes, or litters any property of this, or another educational institution, or of another person or entity on university premises, or at university-sponsored activities is prohibited. The use of chalk on any building is prohibited. 

2.16.B | Theft: Unauthorized removal or stealing, or attempted removal or stealing, of property of a member of the University community or other personal or public property, on or off campus. This includes knowingly possessing such stolen property. Including theft of services or misuse of another's property include, but not limited to, unauthorized use of another's property, unauthorized selling of subsidized tickets, and use of forged parking permits.
