Clients and patients are experiencing anxiety and mental health challenges at high rates. The Vulnerability Model offers a holistic perspective for understanding human suffering and provides a foundation for helping people access inner resrouces for healing and health. Participants in this workshop will learn to apply the Vulnerability Model in their professional practice and will learn specific clinical meditation and imagery techniques to add to their repertoire of skills. These techniques can also be used by health providers in their own self-care.
