Facility and Room Reservation Information
The Virigil Henson Activities Center and Buffalo Sports park have a number of spaces and facilities available to rent for private use. Preference is given to students in all rental situations. Additionally, all documentation communicated to you through our reservation portal must be completed before your reservation is confirmed.
Group Rental Information
The VHAC may be rented for all-night group events or at times that the Virgil Henson Activities Center is not open for regular operating hours. The price for such a rental is $400 per hour, with an intial deposit of $200. With this rental, there are no additional fees. The staff and equipment are furnished for the event.
Small groups with a limited number of guests may use the facility during times when the facility is open at $8 per person plus price of equipment rental.

Facility and Room Rental Fees
Rooms of the Virgil Henson Activities Center may be rented on the availability of the room and University use of the room. For events scheduled before or after VHAC operating hours, an hourly charge will be added for each staff member needed for the event. The following is information regarding each area and the deposit and rental fees.
