Students can request enrollment verification in person at the Office of the Registrar or by mail, fax, or email.  If you don't have a form from the inquiring company or if you do not have access to a fax machine or are unable to mail the request, you may send a request via your Buff's student email to account containing the following information:

  • Full name
  • Student ID number
  • Last four digits of your social security number
  • Current address and phone number
  • Anticipated graduation date
  • Type of verification(General Letter, Grade Report, Schedule, etc.)
  • Indicate semester and year (e.g., Fall 2017)
  • Verification for (insurance, loan company, bank, scholarship, etc.)?
  • Recipient name
  • Recipient address/fax/email
  • Signature (not required if the request is being sent from your student email account)
