Foreign Credential Evaluation Services

A Foreign Credential Evaluation is a review of your academic documents (transcripts, graduation certificates, exit exam scores, etc.) to provide U.S. equivalency. Your grade point average (GPA) will also be converted to a 4.0 point scale.

Approved Agencies and Contact Information

IMPORTANT: If you select World Education Services, Inc. (WES) as the agency that will complete your report, please do not  request that they mail us a copy. Select West Texas A&M University as a Recipient when completing your WES evaluation application. 
* FCER is not required for reciprocal exchange students
* FCER may not be required for institutions accredited by a US accrediting agency, pending a review of the institution’s school profile, provided to us directly by the school
