For first-time enrolled students (newly enrolled following high school graduation), live with us for five semesters and we'll give you the sixth for free; stay seven, and your eighth is on us too!  Below are the details of the housing incentive:

• Continual enrollment in the residence halls for five consecutive semesters will be required to receive the housing incentive (see below for details).
• First time enrolled students will receive their 6^th and 8^th semesters free.
• Incentive pricing will be based on the residence hall the student is living in that Academic Year regardless of other halls lived in in past academic years.
• Billing and Credit: The full amount of the housing charge will be placed on the student’s bill and then a credit for the incentive will be issued once eligibility has been confirmed.
• If a student opts for a paid private room for their 5/6^th or 7/8^th semesters, the incentive credit will be at the private room rate for the 6^th and 8^th semesters.

Any student who is classified anything other than a freshman (enrolled at another college/university after high school) and begins living on campus is eligible for a 50 percent housing discount on their fourth semester as well as the sixth semester. Below are the details of the transfer housing incentive:

• Continual enrollment in the residence halls for three consecutive semesters will be required to receive the housing incentive (see below for details).
• Transfer students will receive a credit equal to 50% of the semester rate for their 4^th and 6^th semester.
• Incentive pricing will be based on the residence hall the student is living in that Academic Year regardless of other halls lived in in past academic years.
• Billing and Credit: The full amount of the housing charge will be placed on the student’s bill and then a credit for the incentive will be issued once eligibility has been confirmed.
• If a student opts for a paid private room for their 3/4^th or 5/6^th semesters, the incentive credit will be at the private room rate for the 4^th and 6^th semesters.
