Payment Deadlines
The following payment details have been compiled for your benefit. If you have any questions, please contact the ECU Buff $mart Program.
Students who miss the 1st payment deadline will be deleted for non-pay and assessed a $100 reinstatement fee and may be required to get instructor and Provost Signatures to be put back into classes.
August 15, 2023 - Payment Due for those registered on or before August 13 (Full or 25% plus payment plan agreement)
September 8, 2023 - Payment Due for those registered on August 13 or after. (Pay account in full or sign up for payment plan with 1st installment due Sept. 1st or at time of payment plan enrollment if after Sept. 1st.)
September 1 - Payment Plan Payment Due 4PM
October 1 - Payment Plan Payment Due 4PM
November 1 - Payment Plan Payment Due 4PM
December 1 - Payment Plan Payment Due 4PM
*Please note that if there is a remaining unpaid balance after December 1st, a restrictive hold will be placed on the account preventing registration for future semesters.
January 10, 2024 – Payment Deadline 4PM if Registered on or before January 8 (Paid in full or enrolled in a payment plan)
February 2, 2024 - Students registered after January 8, 2024 must either be paid in full OR be signed up for a payment plan and be current with that plan to protect their schedule from being deleted for non-payment.
All students who elect to sign up for a payment plan for 2024 Spring will pay the remaining balance of their total charges in installments due on each of the following dates:

December 5, 2023 - Full Payment Due for those registered on or before December 3
December 13, 2023 - Full Payment Deadline 4 PM
May 7, 2024 - Payment Due if registered on or before May 5
May 15, 2024 - Full Payment Due
May 28, 2024 - Payment Due for those registered on or before May 26
June 6, 2024 – Full Payment Due by 4PM
July 3, 2024 – Payment Due for those registered on or before July 1
July 18, 2024 - Full Payment Deadline 4PM
