Partner Site Expectations
- Provide ongoing supervision for WT CRC Fellows, including goal setting related to partner and program goals.
- Provide site-specific orientation and training.
- Support the Fellow's personal and professional development.
- Integrate your Fellow into the organization. Our program wants them working alongside partners toward a shared goal.
- Understand program policy around prohibited and unallowable activities and supporting the program to ensure compliance.
- Agree to pay the cost share match of the Fellow's hourly pay. Able to split into two payments if needed. Percentage amount and total is dependent on Fellow's service term and hours agreed upon.
