Join a unified team dedicated to strengthening the capacity and resilience of rural and under-resourced communities across the Texas Panhandle. As a CRC Fellow, you serve as the "service engine" of the Community Resilience Cooperative (CRC), providing the direct service and human capital necessary to build stronger, more connected organizations.
What Fellows Do
FELLOW BENEFITS
Fellows are paid an hourly rate for their service. Amount is dependent on their service site, hours per week, and the program's grant funding.
Hands-on experiences and trainings help members who are figuring it out or looking to grow new skills. Service is also a networking opportunity for members to meet active community members and professionals in their field of interest.
