Partner Site Expectations
- Provide ongoing supervision for WT CRC Fellows, including goal setting related to partner and program goals.
- Provide site-specific orientation and training.
- Support the Fellow's personal and professional development.
- Integrate your Fellow into the organization. Our program wants them working alongside partners toward a shared goal.
- Understand program policy around prohibited and unallowable activities and supporting the program to ensure compliance.
- Agree to pay the cost share match of the Fellow's hourly pay. Able to split into two payments if needed.
