The Criminal Justice Program at West Texas A&M University is interested in more than just giving students a top-notch Criminal Justice Education. We recognized that building a culture and relationships among our undergraduate students is essential as well. Criminal Justice majors, graduate students, and students from other disciplines are welcome to join the two student criminal justice organizations. Many students are members of both organizations, and the two groups meet and work together.

Criminal Justice Association (CJA)

The Criminal Justice Association is a group of students who share a common interest and passion for Criminal Justice beyond the classroom. In association with Alpha Phi Sigma, the association is active in bringing guest speakers to campus, working with community organizations, and engaging in fun activities to get to know each other better. In addition to building community and character among our Criminal Justice undergraduate students.

Students interested in joining the Criminal Justice Association should contact the faculty advisor, Dawn Marie Jordan, at djordan@wtamu.edu
