2026 Pricing Information
Registration Deadline: June 1, 2026 (or earlier if capacity is reached)
Residential campers are those students who will be staying on campus in the dormitories during the entirety of the camp week.
Commuter campers are those students who will be dropped off and picked up every day of camp.

Residential campers are those staying on campus in dormitory housing. This fee covers camp tuition, dormitory housing, all meals in the cafeteria.
Commuter campers are going to travel to and from camp every day. This fee covers camp tuition. No meals provided.
*All-State Campers are high school students who made the All-State band or orchestra in their state for 2026.
**Honor Campers are those high school band students (or JH/HS string students) chosen by the directors at the previous year's Band Camp and Orchestra Camp for showing outstanding leadership and musicianship. These students would have received a certificate at their final concerts.
***Campers who were chosen to be Honor Campers at last year's camp AND made the All-State band or orchestra in their state in 2026 are eligible for this scholarship.
All deposits are due on June 1, 2026. All fees must be paid no later than June 30, 2026.
Preferred method of payment is via credit card in the online registration portal. Personal checks will NOT be accepted, but if paying by check, it must be a cashier's check or money order only.
