AMARILLO, Texas — The WT Enterprise Center will host a free four-part workshop series in September for local entrepreneurs and startups to learn how to use artificial intelligence to launch, automate and scale their businesses.
Titled “Building and Scaling Businesses with AI,” the series will be held every Tuesday from Sept. 9 to 30 at the WTEC, 2300 N. Western St. in Amarillo. Each workshop will run from 6 to 7 p.m. and will include live demonstrations and audience Q&A.
The series is presented in partnership with Synapse AI Solutions, a local business helping organizations integrate practical AI tools into everyday operations.
“This series is for future and current business owners who want to start smarter, save time and make stronger connections to their customers with the tools they already have access to,” said Parker Settle, co-founder of Synapse AI Solutions and one of the lead presenters.
Each session focuses on a specific part of business development:
- Sept. 9: In “Starting Your Business in the AI Era,” learn how to validate ideas, assess competitors and build a lean business model with AI support.
- Sept. 16: In “AI for Branding, Content and Systems,” explore AI tools that can generate marketing content, build websites and set up automated workflows.
- Sept. 23: In “Automating Financial Intelligence Using AI,” discover how AI can simplify bookkeeping, budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Sept. 30: In “Turning Leaders Into Conversions,” see how AI can personalize customer experiences and improve your sales pipeline with automated tools.
The workshops are free to the public and a meal will be provided to those who RSVP at eventbrite.com/cc/building-scaling-a-business-with-ai-4517413.
Partnering with and retaining community businesses to improve the quality of life in the Panhandle and beyond is a key component of the University’s long-range plan, WT 125: From the Panhandle to the World.
That plan is fueled by the historic One West comprehensive fundraising campaign, which reached its initial $125 million goal 18 months after publicly launching in September 2021. The campaign’s new goal is to reach $175 million by 2025; currently, it has raised more than $170 million.
