Professional Profile
Ms. Hinds joined the Department of English, Philosophy, and Modern Languages at WTAMU in 2026. She received her undergraduate degree and teaching certification in English Education (7-12) at West Texas A&M University in 2021. She received her graduate degree in English at West Texas A&M University in 2023. While completing her Master's, Hinds worked at the university's Writing Center as the graduate assistant. After graduation, she went on to teach composition and literature courses at the secondary level.
Teaching and Related Service
Ms. Hinds teaches first year composition courses and coordinates the Non-Course Based Options program.
Research and Creative Activity
Ms. Hinds's research interests are in rhetorical theory, American Literature, American Regionalism, and environmental literature.
