"WT has helped me find my passions and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I’m so grateful for the time that I have had at WT to broaden my perspectives and to reach for something more. I have been able to meet many new people who have made huge impacts on my life. I especially have loved gaining relationships with my professors who have nurtured my willingness to learn and grow as an individual as well as a professional. I have also participated in many on-campus groups such as holding the position of Treasurer for the Women in Business Organization. After graduation I will be continuing in my position in the Accounting Department at Education Credit Union. I plan to continue learning and growing in not only my career but in my personal life as well. I would also love to see more of the world!"

"I came to WT because my mom, grandmother, and uncle all came to WT and I grew up listening to stories about how much fun WT was. The culture and the size of WT is perfect for what I was looking for. As my first year of college, it definitely was a learning experience and a time for me to grow and figure out who I am. I learned a lot about who I am as a person and what I want in life. There were some struggles, but I always figured out a way to change that and find joy in the people and things that are in my life. I enjoyed attending my classes and learning about something that I am passionate about and will be able to build a career with. Overall , my first year has been a great year and one of the best experiences for me." ⠀

"WT has directly and indirectly influenced me. The quality of education I have received at WT is great, and I am appreciative of it. I believe that the influence that WT has had on me is the most important thing that I am taking away. The ability to create routines, the necessary discipline and time management required to perform well, the ability to think critically and take thoughts and information from different people and places to come to a conclusion or form an opinion has been a result of attending WT that has carried over to all aspects of my personal life. After graduation I plan on getting my CFP designation and taking on a role at a financial institution."
