Progress Toward Your Career Goal

Students in our department are working toward a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree or a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree so they can obtain a career in their desired field. Students are required to complete a minimum of 120 semester credit hours, including: the WTAMU core curriculum; 39 hours of advanced work (3000- or 4000-level), all of which must be earned in residence at WTAMU; and at least 30 of the final 36 hours counted toward the degree earned in residence.
