  WTAMU is pleased to provide students, faculty, staff and guests wireless access to Internet resources and services, and not be constrained by physical network connectivity.
- Office 365
  WTAMU faculty, staff, and students qualify to receive a free license of Office 365 for personal use.
- Duo Authentication
  WT's new authentication procedure for unlocking your computer. FAQ's and information all in a click of a button.
- Open DNS

Statement

University employees must sign access agreements in order to for access to organizational information and information systems to be granted.

Applicability

This Control applies to all West Texas A&M network information resources. The intended audience for this Control includes all information resource owners, custodians, and users of information resources.

Implementation

All University employees sign the rules for responsible usage document during HR onboarding process. Students agree to policy by acknowledging the code of student life. Guest users shall agree to the rules by signing form-requesting credentials. Additionally, all users agree to policy upon authentication to any University system.
