  WTAMU faculty, staff, and students qualify to receive a free license of Office 365 for personal use.

Statement

The University shall implement a threat awareness program that includes a cross organization information-sharing capability at a minimum that includes email notification.

Applicability

This Control applies to all West Texas A&M network information resources. The responsibility and authority for this control is delegated to the ISO.

Implementation

A threat awareness program, that includes cross organization information-sharing for threats intelligence shall be implemented and managed by the information security office.
