  WTAMU is pleased to provide students, faculty, staff and guests wireless access to Internet resources and services, and not be constrained by physical network connectivity.
- Office 365
  WTAMU faculty, staff, and students qualify to receive a free license of Office 365 for personal use.

  WT's new authentication procedure for unlocking your computer. FAQ's and information all in a click of a button.
- Open DNS

Statement

West Texas A&M University shall maintain information security awareness and training records in accordance with Texas Government Code 2054.519 and University record retention policies.

Applicability

This Control applies to all West Texas A&M personnel who use University information resources.

Implementation

The TrainTraq system shall document and monitor individual information security training activities and retain individual training records in accordance with TAMUS policy.
The ISO shall work with Human Resources department to track compliance and may impose user sanctions for training assignments that have not been completed 30 days past their due date.
