Group Visits

Visiting a college campus is a great way to show high school students the possibilities of a college education. From a walking tour of campus to meeting current WT students, group visits let your high schoolers see college as an attainable goal.

Group visits are available Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, generally while WT classes are in session. Some exceptions may apply depending on special events and the campus schedule.

  • Reservations are required for group visits and should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Should you need to cancel your visit, we ask for 48 hours notice, if possible (excluding weather-related or unavoidable issues).

We also offer customized group visits for middle school students (scroll to see details below). Due to the high volume of prospective students we host on a daily basis and special events, we are currently not hosting elementary school groups. Please see other options for this age group at the bottom of this page .
