Group Rental Information
The Virgil Henson Activities Center may be rented for all-night group events or at times that the Virgil Henson Activities Center is not open for regular operating hours. The price for such a rental is $400 per hour. With this rental, there are no additional fees. The staff and equipment are furnished for the event. A deposit of $400 is required to hold the date for such an event.
Small groups with a limited number of guests may use the facility during times when the facility is open at $8 per person plus price of equipment rental.

Facility and Room Rental Fees
Rooms of the Virgil Henson Activities Center may be rented on the availability of the room and University use of the room. For events scheduled before or after VHAC operating hours a hourly charge will be added for each staff member needed for the event. The following is information regarding each area and the deposit and rental fees.
