I serve as one of the faculty advisors for the WT Chapter of the National broadcasting Society. I am a member of the International Communication Association (ICA), the International Association of Media and Communication Research, International Association for Media and Communication Researchers (IAMCR), the Ohio College Personnel Association  (OCPA), the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), the American College Personnel Association (ACPA), Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers (GLACUHO) and was nominated and accepted as an outstanding professional into Madison Who’s is Who for 2008 - 2009.
