What happens to my application once I push submit?
- Application is received by Texas Common Application system.
- In 2-3 business days application is received at West Texas A&M University.
- Student receives acknowledgement e-mail with student (Buff ID) number.
- Student receives e-mail with list of required documents.
- Student submits required documents.
- When file is complete, it is reviewed for admission.
- Admission or denial is granted in accordance to admission requirements.
- If denied, student receives denial letter.
- If admitted, student will receive electronic (e-mail) acceptance letter.
- Upon receipt of financial documents, student will receive I-20 form for Visa application.
