because Dr. Clark must be out today, due to family illness. You may
want to see a reference librarian (or government documents librarian) for
assistance. Due November 10, 2004 IN CLASS. If you have a friend
or classmate who missed class today, feel free to give them a copy of this

You may do this assignment on your own time, but you might prefer to do this
assignment during our class hour, since I have decided that you may work
