Payment Plans

Tuition, fees, room and board may be paid on a deferred payment plan during the Fall and Spring semesters only. Student accounts not paid in full, and without a current payment plan may be administratively enrolled and charged a $35 fee.

Federal aid begins disbursing 10 days prior to the 1st class day. Accounts not paid in full OR enrolled in a Spring or Fall Payment Plan may be subject to deletion of schedules per WTAMU policy.

Please have a backup method of payment if your financial aid will not be disbursed and posted to your student account on or before due dates. If you are anticipating Financial Aid or Scholarships, please check your student account periodically to verify all necessary documents have been completed. Missing documents can prevent disbursement of funds.
