Save The Date:  July 24 - 25, 2018 (Tuesday and Wednesday)  9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Panhandle STEM Conference will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday July 25-26, 2017 at the Region 17 Education Service Center in Lubbock, Texas. This two-day conference will bring together K-12 mathematics, science, computer science, and engineering educators from across the Panhandle, South Plains, and surrounding areas.


Call for Presenters

The Panhandle STEM Conference will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a keynote speaker and 1 hour breakout sessions each day.


Sponsors and Exhibitors

Call for Exhibitors and Sponsors Form

Sponsors and educational exhibitors are invited to participate in the Panhandle STEM Conference. Educational exhibitors who bring new materials and ideas for teachers to take back to their classrooms have been a high point of previous conferences.



             Participant Registration Form

There is a $30 registration fee paid by either PO #, credit card, or check directly to Region 17 ESC.

Lodging Information

Hotel blocks will be available on a first come, first serve basis. When booking your hotel by phone, be sure to indicate that you are a part of the Panhandle STEM Conference. Blocks are available until July 9 or until the rooms are all booked.
