Professional Profile
Greg Ingham joined the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice in 2015. He had taught as an adjunct professor at WTAMU since 2013. He retired as City Manager of Plainview, Texas in June 2014 after nearly 40 years of service to Texas cities. Mr. Ingham received his B. S. in Political Science from West Texas State University (now WTAMU) in 1974 and earned his Master of Public Administration degree from Texas Tech University in 1976. He earned his Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation in 2004.
Teaching and Related Service
Mr. Ingham teaches Ethics and the Justice and EMA Systems, Public Administration, Public Personnel Management, and Public Finance Administration.
He is a member of the Texas City Management Association and the International City Management Association.
