Sign up by Sept. 20th

By signing up, teams are agreeing to:

  • Set up tables and chili beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24
  • Participate in judging at 11:30 a.m.
  • Provide samples of their chili to guests
  • Clean up table/area and fold and stack table after the Cook-Off
  • Safely prepare and handle competition food prior to and at the Chili Cook-off event.

On Sept. 21st...

  • Teams can begin setting up at 10 a.m. 
  • Tables must be set-up and ready for judging by 11:30 a.m. 
  • Teams will be responsible for cleaning up your table and stacking tables and chairs.
  • Teams need to bring two "crock pots" (or equivalent amount of chili), extension cords as needed and items to decorate their table

Trophies will be awarded for Best Table (Buffalo Spirit), "President’s Choice," the Judges’ Grand Champion, 2nd, 3rd place, Best Chili Accompaniment, Best Faculty/Staff Chili, Best Community, and People's Choice.
