Professional Profile

Dr. Lin joined the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business in 2018. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Fuzhou University, an M.S. in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from University of Detroit Mercy, and a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Washington State University. He was named the Gensler Professor of Computer Information Systems in 2021. 

Teaching and Related Service

Dr. Lin teaches in the areas of computer information systems and business analytics.

Research and Creative Activity

Dr. Lin’s research interests include gender differences in IT behavioral research and the impacts of information technology on e-commerce and healthcare. He has published research in reputable journals such as Journals of Business Ethics, Information & Management, International Journal of Information Management, and Computers in Human Behavior, among others.
