Professional Profile
Dr. Lazrig joined the Paul and Virginia Engler College of Business in 2018. He received a B.S. in Computer Science from Garyounis University in 1994, a M.S. in Computer Science from Al-Tahadi University in 2007, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Colorado State University in 2018.
Teaching and Related Service
Dr. Lazrig's teaching areas include Information Security, Current Issues in Cybersecurity, Object-Oriented Analysis & Design, Database Design, Information Management, and Information Visualization.
Research and Creative Activity
Dr. Lazrig's current research includes the topics privacy preserving probabilistic record linkage using locality sensitive hashes and privacy preserving record matching using automated semi-trusted broker.
Personal Sketch
Dr. Lazrig served as Technical Director, Garyounis IT Systems Co. (1995 - 2013) in Libya before coming to Colorado State University to earn his doctorate degree.
