Miscellaneous
July 2011

Dr. Teweleit directed a band the first week of camp and took some pictures but was too busy to do anything with them until today (Monday, July 18). Here are some miscellaneous pictures.

Monday morning. Bassoon auditions. By their reaction, you think they saw me.

If this were an aquarium, could you tell which ones were the catfish cleaning the algae off the bottom of the tank?

This must have been the 3 o'clock assembly just before the first rehearsal on the first Monday.

Mr. Collins and the high school symphonic band.

This was the trip to T*E*X*A*S, the outdoor musical drama in Palo Duro Canyon on Tuesday evening.

Oboe reedmaking on Wednesday of the first week.

This was the percussion masterclass on Wednesday night of the first week. Mr. Carroll is talking to the students.

This was the high school assembly where they did the human knot game.

This might be rock, scissors, paper.

Drum major class.

In between classes.

This must have been a 3 pm performance for the high school students.

Another high school assembly.

These pictures were from the Friday night talent show.

More time out time.

Saturday concerts.

This would have been the warm up, probably for the high school symphonic band that Dr. Teweleit conducted.

I think this is junior high school honor band.

That's all for now.
