Galactic Dynamics research at West Texas A&M

In collaboration with Dr. James Espinosa of the University of West Georgia, we are working on theoretical models to describe the distribution of hydrogen gas in spiral galaxies. Intensive numerical computations allow us to calculate the gravitational forces exerted on the gas by the unseen dark matter which is believed to surround most galaxies.
