Interviews with scholarship alumni and recently selected candidates.

Students who compete for prestigious national scholarships come from all walks of American life. There is no "ideal" candidate. However, the students who are selected are all committed to their roles as outstanding leaders, scholars and citizens. They know it is possible to change the world or, at least, their corner of it.

The Fulbright Program for U.S. students offers selected candidates a chance to conduct research, coursework, community outreach activities or English language teaching assistantships in more than 150 countries.
