Arrive By: January 16, 2011 Residence Halls Open: By appointment Due to various flight schedules and the long distances our foreign students travel, the international student office staff will do their best to assist students with checking into campus dorms upon arrival. However, you must have paid your room deposit and have a room reservation prior to arrival. Please Note: Proof of a bacterial meningitis immiunization is required prior to checking into the dorms. Students who have recently taken the vaccination must have taken it at least 10 days prior to their desired move in date. For information about this requirement, please visit the information page "Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Information for Incoming Students". New Student Orientation, Check-In & Registration - January 16-18th. - Please report to the International Student Office, located in the Old Student Union Building (SUB), Room 107B.
