Housing On campus Housing (Residential Living) We encourage you to apply for a dorm room for your first semester. It's best to live on campus until you learn your way around campus and Canyon. Once you have familiarized yourself, you can look for an apartment that will suit your needs. Note: Any student under the age of 21 and has less than 60 college credit hours is required to live on campus. There's a $100 deposit which must be sent with the application. Visit residential living. Off-Campus Housing Apartments are available within walking distance of the University. These apartments are privately owned and not connected with the University in any way. The International Student Office has a list of apartments but does not monitor their availability. All arrangements for off-campus housing are the responsibility of the student.
