Statement Concerning Lenders: The Financial Aid Office of West Texas A&M University has discontinued the practice of identifying specific lenders. While identifying lenders has been in consideration of the interests of students and done as fairly as possible, it does not provide a complete range of options for students. The Office does, however, utilize the “Loans By Web” product provided by Texas Guarantee (TG), a paperless process that provides linkage to lenders who use TG. If a borrower is unable to find the lender/guarantor they wish to use, he/she should contact the loan department of the Financial Aid Office to complete the process. The Loan Department of the Financial Aid Office will be glad to answer any specific questions you might have but will not select or recommend specific lenders. |
