| You are invited to participate in the 2009 WTAMU Homecoming Classic at Amarillo’s Ross Rogers Golf Complex, sponsored by ARAMARK food service. The field will be limited to the first 240 players to submit entry forms and payment. A meal will be provided at the conclusion of the classic, and each participant will receive a golf shirt, plus other player gifts. Team handicaps of 43 or greater are required, with only one person per team with a handicap of nine or less. Individuals who wish to play but who don’t have a team will be placed on one. Teams will be divided into six flights by a blind draw. Flight winners will be determined based on gross score for the entire round. Teams will play 9 holes on the Old Course and 9 holes on the Wild Horse Course. To add more excitement to the classic, all three-par holes have prizes for hole-in-ones with two of the three-pars awarding $10,000 for hole-in-ones. * Entry fee includes 2 Mulligans, players gifts, beer from Coors and a meal Extras: - $10 Raffle tickets for a chance to wina set of Big Bertha 3-P steel shaft irons, 2 Big Bertha Diablo Drivers, and 2 Odyssey White Hot Tour putters.
- Door Prize Tickets - $1 each or 6 for $5. Buys a chance to win donated items.
- Funny Putter - $4/Team to each use the funny putter. The stroke does not count.
- Buy a Drive - $20/Team to drop your ball at the 150 yard marker on a par 5 hole.
- Ringer Hole for Putting Contest - $5/Player. Land in the ring and you are in the putting contest where the winner wins half the pot.
