Commonly used forms
When hiring a student, these forms might be helpful:
Ordered Checklist - a checklist of the steps to take (in order) when hiring a student
New Hire Form - to be completed for each student hired for a job on campus
Federal Workstudy (FWS) Balance Sheet - keep track of the declining balance of your FWS student's award with this form
Student evaluation - use this form to evaluate your student's work performance
Reactivation Form - use this form if student has left employment and is returning to same position.
Rejection Letter Sample - sample of letter to send student whom you decide not to hire.
