JOIN US for our 9th annual Meet the Accounting Firms night. This event will provide you with an opportunity to become acquainted with many WTAMU accounting students who will soon be entering the job market. In addition, our top students are invited to participate in a Speed Networking activity with representatives from your firm before the actual meet and greet event begins. We feel that this is a mutually beneficial contact for both employer and student and are pleased to offer this opportunity once again.
This year we are again inviting other organizations engaged exclusively in accounting/auditing. If you are NOT an accounting firm, but feel your organization meets this criteria, please contact our office. Due to space limitations there are a limited number of registrations available.
Our Meet the Firms night allows WTAMU students a chance to learn more about your organization, your personnel needs, and the career paths you offer. Members of our accounting faculty will be available for Employer/Faculty networking as well throughout the event.
REGISTRATION fee is $300 per organization/firm and includes a 6' table in the meet and greet area as well as the opportunity to participate in speed networking. Note that we do not provide drapes/tablecloths or signage of any kind.
An additional requirement for attending is that each firm will bring a door prize to be given to a student that evening. Career Services staff will collect these at check in and conduct the door prize drawing at the conclusion of the event. Door prizes in the past have included gift cards to local restaurants/stores, MC/Visa gift cards, as well as accountant and/or firm swag.
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE October 13 will be refunded in full. CANCELLATIONS received after October 13 and before NOVEMBER 3rd WILL BE REFUNDED LESS A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. All cancellations must be received in writing.

Registration is open until capacity is reached; however, only those received before November 3rd are guaranteed to be included in our pre-fair publicity.

Registration and Set-up
If you have individuals from your firm who are not participating in the Speed Networking event - they are welcome to check in and set-up between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. Those participating in the Speed Networking will need to check-in and set up in time to finish by 6:00 pm.
