Are quality, dedicated, part-time employees hard to find these days? Not if you are using WTAMU's Career Services. Perhaps your company has a part-time, summer, seasonal, or temporary job vacancy to fill. We offer a full range of services to prospective employers to assist your company in meeting its employment needs.
You can post a job with Career Services by phone (806.651.2397), using our electronic job board, BuffJobs. or via e-mail to email@example.com. Services are free of charge to both employer and applicant. Career Services offers easy access to qualified part-time employees.
Should you call or e-mail your vacancy, please include the following information:
Career Services enters your job information into a database and posts the vacancy on a job board and via the Internet for approximately 30 days. Interested students contact you directly. You can stop the flow of applicants at any time by archiving your job in our database, contacting us by phone 806.651.2397 or e-mail. We will remove your job from the view of WTAMU students and save it for future reference.
Additionally, if you want to interview students here on the WTAMU campus, we can take care of marketing your opportunity, setting up the interview schedule, and reserving rooms for the interviews. We also host employers free-of-charge in our popular JBK Commons, adjacent to the food court. Simply call to reserve your table: 806.651.2397. Please contact us two weeks in advance to ensure that space is available for your on-campus recruitment event.
Our office also hosts two events every year that target students seeking part-time and seasonal employment. Learn more about our Summer Camp Job Fair and our Part-time & Summer Job Fair here.
Career Services does not post jobs that require an upfront investment of money by our students.
