Leadership Programs Leadership Programs consist o student oriented leadership opportunities designed to enable students to lead in a variety of settings. To get involved a student must simply be interested in growing in his or her abilities to lead. We provide a variety of different leadership programs designed to connect with a variety of students. The National Society of Leadership and Success is an international leadership training and honors society. Membership to this program is subject to GPA requirements. All you have to do is attend a group discussion about the book. This Fall we provided the book Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell. This program is a team of leaders who put together programs to assist the St. Jude's Hospital and Research programs. This is an ideal leadership opportunity for students who desire to lead through service. - Emerging Leaders Institute
ELI is an entry-level leadership education program that offers students the chance to study relational leadership while being mentored by Leadership Board members. The program also allows students to participate in Leadership Board programs under the direction of members. This is an ideal program to help organizations train their up and coming leaders. - Leadership Retreat
 The Sipapu Leadership Retreat is a long standing tradition at WTAMU. This retreat is designed to help existing student leaders, or those who would like to be leaders, improve their skills to enhance their organziations. Sipapu is also a fun event with the opportunity to snow ski and visit the beautiful city of Taos, New Mexico. Greek Leadership programs are designed to help social Fraternities and Sororities.
