Final exams for summer session I at West Texas A&M University will be given Thursday, July 2. Residence halls for summer session I students will close at 5 p.m. Thursday and reopen at 10 a.m. Sunday, July 5 for summer session II students. Classes for summer session II begin Monday, July 6.

NSO. Only two sessions of West Texas A&M University’s New Student Orientations remain open, and University officials urge beginning freshmen to register quickly to reserve a spot. Session dates still available are July 30-31 and Aug. 6-7. Those attending must have completed admission requirements and testing. A pre-orientation is available each Wednesday prior to NSO sessions for those needing to complete testing requirements. Cost is $80 for students and $30 for each parent or family member attending.
